Role Overview:


ISS is seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day semiconductor manufacturing and laboratory operations. This role is perfect for a motivated leader who thrives on driving process improvements, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting a team of technical professionals. As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in aligning our operational capabilities with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations within manufacturing and lab environments to meet production targets and quality standards.

  • Implement and monitor operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.

  • Manage resource allocation, including scheduling, equipment, and materials.

  • Drive compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
